Our services
AeroLink Cargo arranges international air freight, including express, standard, door-to-door, time-critical, heavy and oversized, temperature-controlled and dangerous-goods services. Each booking is confirmed in writing with the agreed service level, lane, chargeable weight and price.
Quotes and pricing
Instant estimates on this website are indicative only. Your confirmed quote is the all-in price we send by email, valid for the period stated on it. Fuel and security surcharges, duties and storage beyond free periods are charged as set out in the confirmed quote.
Your responsibilities
You warrant that your goods are accurately described, correctly packed and labelled, and accompanied by truthful documentation. Regulated, high-value and temperature-sensitive cargo must be declared at quoting stage so we can plan compliant handling.
Schedules and liability
Transit times are estimates based on scheduled services and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as a guaranteed product. Our liability for loss, damage or delay is governed by the applicable international conventions (including the Montreal Convention) and our standard trading conditions, a copy of which is available on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
